Please advise us of your mode of travel at the time of booking your holiday. Before you book your flights/train please email us the details (including flight/train numbers, arrival and departure times) and we will confirm that we are able to arrange your transfer to and from resort.
If we are unable to provide a transfer then we will supply a list of suppliers that we use and recommend.
Arrival and departure days
Access to our chalets on arrival day is from 15:00hrs onwards. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to deposit your luggage in the garage/hallway and then explore the local area. There is a free ski bus which connects the Courchevel villages.
On departure day please vacate bedrooms by 10:00hrs. If you wish to ski on your day of departure then you are welcome to use an area in the chalet to change out of your ski gear at the end of skiing. Showering facilities are not available after the 10:00hrs bedroom checkout.
Travel to resort
All our guests book their own flights or make their own travel arrangements if travelling by train or car.

Self drive and chalet parking
Please note that we do not have allocated parking spaces at our chalets. We have a limited number of parking spaces in resort and parking spaces are reserved strictly on a first booked basis. You may be allocated a parking space at another chalet. If all parking spaces have been allocated you can book a parking space at The Alpinium in Le Praz (covered, payable parking and subject to availability). A chalet parking space should be requested at the time of paying your holiday deposit.
Your chalet parking space will be reserved from early evening on your day of arrival until late afternoon on your day of departure (as the majority of guests driving choose to ski on their departure day). If you arrive earlier and your parking space is still occupied by departing guests (and no other skivo parking space is available) then we invite you to park at The Alpinium for the day.
Transfers
We are well aware that your transfer from Geneva airport to resort is a critical part of your holiday.
We also provide transfers from Grenoble, Lyon and Chambery (minimum of 4 people on the same flights).
Please note that our transfers only operate on transfer day and, unless specifically prebooked and prepaid, they are shared transfers and are not private transfers.
Our Transfer Section works very hard to ensure a minimum waiting time at the airport for our guests but we also need to ensure that transfers fit in with other arrivals (which sometimes does necessitate a longer wait at the airport). Our drivers will do their utmost to make sure you are picked up promptly and taken directly to our chalets.
Travelling with infants
Please make sure that you request a car seat if one is required specifying either front facing, rear facing or booster seat. Infants are charged the standard fee for their return transfer as detailed below and we are pleased to provide car seats free of charge.
Transfer charges
This service must be prebooked and prepaid in advance of your holiday. Our transfer charges are:
2024/25
Airport Charges
- Geneva airport – resort return – £180 per person / single – £90 per person
- Chambery airport – resort return – £160 per person (4 people minimum on same flight) – single £80 per person
- Grenoble or Lyon airports – resort return – £170 per person (4 people minimum on same flight) – single £85 per person
- If you have less then 4 people arriving in to our nominated airports and wish a private transfer the cost is £480 one way Chambery and £500 one way for Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva airports . Please contact our UK sales office if you are interested in this type of transfer to confirm availability.
- Airport to resort single transfer from 18:00hrs – 20:00hrs – £40 per person additional surcharge **
- Resort to airport single late transfer after 13:00hrs – £40 per person additional surcharge **

Moutiers Station Charges
- £35 per person return / £17.50 per person single based on a minimum of 4 people on the transfer
- £40 per person return / £20 per person single based on 3 people on the transfer
- £60 per person return / £30 per person single based on 2 people on the transfer
- £100 per person return / £50 per person single based on 1 person on the transfer
- Please note that we mainly provide transfers for arrivals and departures in the early morning and evenings. If your train arrives during the day then we recommend booking the bus service (https://www.altibus.com/en/) or talomg a taxi up to Le Praz
Transfers from the airport
The airports that we collect from are:
- Geneva
- Chambery **
- Grenoble **
- Lyon **
If you arrange to fly to another airport then we will be unable to provide a return airport transfer for you.
** Please note that a minimum of 4 people must be travelling together on the same flights for us to provide transfers for Chambery, Grenoble or Lyon airports.
Arrival Flights
Our minibus transfers are available for flights landing between 09:30hrs – 1hrs 18:00hrs on transfer day.
If you wish to book a flight which lands earlier than 09:30hrs then we are happy to meet you from 10:00hrs onwards and you can enjoy a coffee in the airport whilst waiting (no additional surcharge would apply).
For arrivals from 18:00hrs onwards then a surcharge in addition to the standard transfer charge (as detailed above) will apply if we are able to arrange a transfer for you up until 20:00hrs. After 20:00hrs or if we were unable to provide a transfer between 18:00hrs – 20:00hrs then a private transfer, at your cost, would be required. However, if we were unable to arrange this we would ask you to make your own arrangements for travel to resort from the airport.
If your flight is delayed (or cancelled) and you miss your allocated transfer and require a later transfer we will endeavour to find an alternative shared transfer option for you but this will be chargeable to you. If we are unable to find a shared transfer for you we will do our best to source a private transfer for you that day or the next if none are available that day.
Departure Flights
Our first minibuses leave resort around 05:30hrs/06:00hrs and our last minibus leaves resort around 13:00hrs to return guests to the airport for their homeward flights.
For flights departing later in the evening your transfer would still depart around 13:00hrs. If you wish a later return transfer then please check with the UK office if this can be provided at a surcharge (as detailed above) in addition to the standard transfer charge.
Please note that for returns to the various airports we will always leave a generous amount of time for the transfer journey, check-in and onward transit through the airport.
Transfers from the train station
We collect and return to Moutiers train station only by prior arrangement. We can meet and drop off for early morning arrivals and early evening departures only. Please advise your train arrival and departure times when booking and we can confirm if a transfer is possible.
Please note that our collections on transfer day commences from Moutiers train station at 07:15hrs.
If your train arrives earlier then there are cafes where you can wait and have a coffee. If you are travelling outside of these times we kindly ask you to make your own transfer arrangements to resort (taxi, private transfer or local ski bus).
Private transfers
If you are a small group of less than 8 we can arrange a private transfer to and from the airport.
- Chambery airport: £480 (for up to 6 people), £500 (7 people)
- Grenoble, Lyon, Geneva airports: £500 (for up to 6 people), £580 (7 people)
- For 8 person transfers the standard charges above apply

It should be noted that as a result of any delay owing to accident, traffic conditions, weather, guest lateness or any other incident out of the control of skivo2, then skivo2 will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to missed flights.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful holiday we had recently. Chalet Sapin Bleu was a fabulous chalet (real luxury) and my friends and I are keen to return next season. I think what made it so good was all the friendly help from the very start, to getting there and getting skis etc sorted out. The chalet staff were great and the quality of the food was just amazing.
We had a great week with skivo – my eighth, but the first for my wife and her two friends, and also for the lovely group of people with whom we shared Chalet Roger. The entire skivo team looked after use fantastically well; nothing was too much trouble and Bogie’s cooking was superb. The lessons were really good and we had amazing weather and snow

Our whole party had the best time ever and we are all really struggling being back at work – especially as it is snowing heavily here!
