We work very closely with Dynastar skis and Lange ski boots.
Internationally renowned for decades they are at the forefront in both elite and performance skiing and the opportunity to use their equipment was just too good to turn down.
They have supplied World Cup skiers with race equipment for years but are now keen to develop closer ties with specialists in the ski training market and on that basis our relationship was an obvious one. Our passion is to improve people’s skiing and to do this we all need the very best equipment and here at skivo we think Dynastar and Lange have proven they can supply this.
Not only will we ski on the equipment but we will have test skis to try in Kaprun and on our Performance Courses in the winter in Courchevel. In addition to this we will progressively move all our ski hire equipment over to Dynastar and Lange.

Where is our ski hire?
Our equipment hire department located in the huge Chalet Nicola basement is stocked with the best skis and each season we aim to improve, update and generally develop this facility. We work closely with our partners Dynastar (skis) and Lange (boots) and both departments now have some of the best wintersports equipment available. And don’t forget!.. it’s now also possible to reserve your skis prior to your arrival in Courchevel.

How to arrange ski hire
You will be emailed a Ski Equipment Hire Form and you have the option of pre-booking and pre-paying for your ski hire no later than 4 weeks before your holiday via our UK office. Alternatively, you can pay for your ski hire in resort upon arrival in euros cash only (we do not take credit card payments in our ski hire department).

Children’s hire
We offer a wide choice of kids’ skis, boots and helmets. Children under the age of twelve can take advantage of the low price on the full package of skis, boots and safety helmet.
Ski insurance (for theft, damage or loss)
If you are hiring skis from skivo and these are lost, stolen or damaged during your holiday with us then a replacement fee of £350 per pair of skis is chargeable (regardless of the category of ski that you have chosen to hire). Alternatively, you can take out skivo ski insurance which costs 20 euros for the week. You are then exempt from any charge if your skis are lost, stolen or damaged. This fee is payable in resort at the time of collecting your skis from the ski hire department. If you wish to take out skivo2 ski insurance then arrange this at this point with our Ski Technician who will add this to your booking at that point.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful holiday we had recently. Chalet Sapin Bleu was a fabulous chalet (real luxury) and my friends and I are keen to return next season. I think what made it so good was all the friendly help from the very start, to getting there and getting skis etc sorted out. The chalet staff were great and the quality of the food was just amazing.
We had a great week with skivo – my eighth, but the first for my wife and her two friends, and also for the lovely group of people with whom we shared Chalet Roger.
