We offer a variety of treatments, so if you are looking to relax and unwind, ease aches and pains, or to speed up the recovery of your body our massage therapists Louise and Claire will meet your needs in the comfort of your chalet at a time that suits you.

Prices range between 45 mins €80 and 60 mins €100.

As a reflection of the long standing relationship we endeavour to maintain our existing prices at a competitive level and therefore this year whilst we are not offering up a discount on multiple bookings we are also not increasing our prices.

SERVICES AND PRICING FOR WINTER SEASON 25-26

BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking in advance is highly advised to ensure you get your preferred time and can be made by
email, telephone, text or WhatsApp. Please note that being ready for the therapist will ensure you
will get the most out of the time you have booked. You can help prepare in the following ways:

• The therapist will arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled booking to set up the space.
• Please ensure there is a 3m x 2m space for the massage table to be set up and the therapist
  to be able to effectively work within otherwise it may impact on the booking time.
• For your comfort, please bring a dressing gown and slippers and shower before the
  treatment.
• Before the treatment starts the therapist will carry out a brief consultation to understand
  your needs more deeply and you will be required to sign a consent form. If time allows you
  may prefer to do this beforehand.
• Please note if you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms our therapists are not obliged to carry out the treatment and also reserve the right to request that masks are worn.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations may be made by email or telephone and only cancellations that have been
  acknowledged in writing by Altitude Massage will be considered as confirmed.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees, and therefore a
  full refund will be issued.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the
  full cost of the appointment.
  
  Force Majeure
  
  Neither Altitude Massage nor the client will be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling their
  obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
  severe weather, accidents, illness, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In
  such cases, either party may request to cancel or reschedule the appointment without penalty, and
  refunds will be issued where appropriate.
