Spread over four levels this fabulous property has been very thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on space and quality!
The chalet is set in the heart of the Le Praz village and is located only 200m from the Le Praz and Foret gondola lift stations. This highly desirable chalet has been finished to an extremely high specification and is fitted out with contemporary Danish furniture and fabrics from the Toiles des Soleil.
The chalet is within a very short stroll of the main village shopping and leisure facilities and has both beautiful balcony and window views across the Bozel valley and up to the pistes running back down to Le Praz from 1850.
The top floor of the chalet is double height and is dedicated to a plush, spacious and airy open plan sitting room with a feature log fire, plenty of luxurious seating and a dining area that can seat ten. This floor opens out on to balconies at each end of the huge room providing panoramic views of the area. Facilities include a large flat screen TV (with Sky), DVD music system with ipod “jack” and Wi-Fi access.
All bedrooms have private balconies and are fully ensuite with WCs and heated towel rails – bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 have ensuite showers with bedroom 5 having an ensuite bath with shower fitted above. There are 2 large garages underneath the chalet and from here there is a lift from the garage level to all floors. We have a sauna for guest use on this level. Naturally there are heated boot racks for a nice warm start to the day along with ski storage in the garage level. Parking is also available in one of the garages and can be pre-reserved.
This is a truly amazing chalet and has to be experienced to be believed!

Located in a quiet road in the main area of Le Praz the chalet is only a couple of minutes walk from the local pubs, hotel, restaurants and shops. Les Jardins de Rosalie is also extremely well placed in relation to the gondola station where experienced skiers can ski back to at the end of the day– only a four minute walk.

Chalet Parking
Please note that we do not have allocated parking spaces at our chalets. We have a limited number of parking spaces in resort and parking spaces are reserved strictly on a first booked basis. You may be allocated a parking space at another chalet. If all parking spaces have been allocated you can book a parking space at The Alpinium in Le Praz (covered, payable parking and subject to availability). A chalet parking space should be requested at the time of paying your holiday deposit. Your chalet parking space will be reserved from early evening on your day of arrival until late afternoon on your day of departure (as the majority of guests driving choose to ski on their departure day). If you arrive earlier and your parking space is still occupied by departing guests (and no other skivo parking space is available) then we invite you to park at The Alpinium for the day.
We made some changes to our catering services prior to the 2019/20 season. This has now been tweaked slightly and will continue into the forthcoming seasons. This change is industry wide and is in line with other ski operators.

What our guests say about Chalet Rosalie
Lovely towels and welcome kit, water etc, usual high standard of cleaning. Food excellent and Ceri was an absolute star, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely note that she was one of the best chefs we’ve had. Tuition – we had Georgina for the first time and she certainly put us through our paces and we learnt some excellent technical elements which we needed at this stage in our skiing. She also coped well with the large range of abilities within our group. I will send another email as I want to book for next year.
Chalet Rosalie was great and Mollie and Rachel were amazing – great food, great service and great fun. The Savoyard Evening was ideal for one of the chalet staff’s days off – something different and really brought our group together – would definitely recommend it. Thanks also to Niall the Ski Tech – he was really helpful and nothinh was too much trouble, changing ski poles etc. The instructing team did a great job too – especially with David and Wendy who were new to skivo – they thoroughly enjoyed it and I would think that they will be back. Enjoy the rest of the season and certainly we hope to be back again.
I have been meaning to email all of you to thank you for all the support. I will email Lynn separately as she was a star in resort too! We had a brilliant time, the clients LOVED the combination of skiing and coaching and I think you should have a number of new clients from it too as I know at least 3 of them are looking at next year and 1 looking at Easter this year with her family. The conditions couldn’t have been better to showcase Courchevel and as usual all your staff were awesome – you were so right about the team in Rosalie looking after us – what a fab couple!
